Loss of many that we all experience throughout our lives and may not even be aware.” We are affected mentally, spiritually, physically and emotionally This workshop will provide support, resources for those who have experienced grief. Grief & empowerment are info sessions on grief manage & support for you as you self care through grieving. The 2 days are structured in order to help you through a healthy grieving process. There are many myths that prevent people from working through their grief. These myths have become barriers that stop you from healing therefore stop you from having a successful healthy & happy life. “I provide a safe environment for individuals to share experiences of memories & emotions resulting from unresolved grief”. Bevann Fox: Grief is a difficult process to go through. There is no right or wrong way to grieve a loved one who has passed on. There is no quick fix. If you have an open wound when is the best time to treat it? Immediately. I have facilitated many circles. I have conflict resolution management certification and critical incident stress management, co facilitated grief & loss workshops & develop self care management. Yet no one prepared me for the worst tragedy ever when my teenage son was murdered 12 years ago and my mother dying from cancer over a year ago. Life goes on during grief & there are no ways to tell you how to work through a loss as the heart breaks and the soul cries. We don't have to be alone yet we are alone. At this workshop participants gain information & share. This is not a therapy session. This is an empowerment & motivating experience to help us heal ourselves for individuals & frontline workers, agencies who help people. A wonderful teaching tool of empowerment, honor & motivation to healing. We can do this together.
